1. Excellent flow characteristics
Full bore design: the flow path of the full bore horizontal hemispherical ball valve is completely aligned with the pipeline, without any narrowing or expanding of the flow path, with low fluid resistance, which can realize large flow and unobstructed flow.
Low water loss: when the valve is open, the flow path is unobstructed and the water loss is very small, which is suitable for the occasions that need to convey fluids efficiently.
2. Reliable sealing performance
Eccentric structure: adopting double eccentric structure, the valve has the function of the tighter it closes when it closes, and the sealing performance is reliable. After opening, the sealing surface is completely out of contact, protecting the sealing surface from damage.
Self-cleaning function: when the ball is out of the valve seat, the fluid passes evenly along the sealing surface of the ball, which can wash away the accumulation on the sealing surface and achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.

Component materials
1. Valve body material
Ductile cast iron (GGG50): with good strength and toughness, suitable for low and medium pressure working conditions.
2. Valve seat material
Stainless steel (such as 304): suitable for corrosive media.
3. Valve shaft: usually stainless steel (such as 20Cr13).
4.O-ring: stainless steel.
The use of temperature
generally room temperature can be applied to 0 ℃ to 80℃.
