I. Advantages

1. Strong corrosion resistance
The valve body, valve seat, butterfly plate and other key parts are made of high-performance corrosion-resistant materials, which can effectively resist the corrosion of seawater. The surface undergoes special treatment (such as passivation treatment or coating protection) to further enhance the corrosion resistance.

2. Reliable sealing performance
Adopting eccentric structure design, the butterfly plate quickly detaches from the valve seat at the moment of opening, avoiding friction in the process of opening and closing, reducing abrasion and prolonging the service life of the sealing ring.
The sealing ring is mounted on the butterfly plate through the pressure plate, and the sealing interference can be adjusted through the screw to ensure the sealing performance, and the double sealing structure (metal sealing surface and elastic sealing ring combination) further enhances the sealing reliability.

3. Flexible operation
The butterfly plate only needs to be rotated by 90° to complete the opening and closing, simple operation, fast response speed, suitable for rapid opening and closing conditions, low-torque design, small opening and closing torque, lightweight operation, suitable for frequent opening and closing.

4. Bi-directional sealing
Capable of handling pressure from two directions, suitable for piping systems requiring two-way sealing.
