Resin sand casting process

Double eccentric structure design
Adopting double eccentric wedge principle, through the transmission mechanism to achieve the purpose of opening and closing, adjustment, wedge tightening, valve seat sealing surface and valve sealing surface are metal surface ring with hard surface contact sealing. When closing the valve plate ball surface along the valve seat gradual, with shear scraping function, effective removal of scaling obstacles, scraping solid particles, to achieve reliable sealing.

Bidirectional sealing

Metal seal

Short structure

After the sealing effect is not good, the user removes the pressure ring, replace or repair the valve seat to achieve the same sealing effect as the new valve.
