Overview:
The CARX composite air valve consists of a main valve and a micro‑air vent. Installed at the highest point of the pipeline—where an enclosed air pocket typically forms—the valve enhances water‑transport efficiency. When negative pressure develops within the pipe, the valve rapidly admits air, preventing damage caused by such pressure. Once the pipeline is fully filled with water, the main valve releases a large volume of air; upon completion of venting, the valve closes. As water flow carries dissolved gases that accumulate to a certain level, the micro‑air vent begins to discharge air, thereby avoiding gas stratification that could impair flow efficiency. The valve can be customized to meet various application requirements.
