Product Introduction

Our company has researched, developed, and manufactured a double‑eccentric flanged‑connection micro‑resistance slow‑closing butterfly check valve, which is primarily used in the petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, textile, papermaking, water supply and drainage, metallurgical, and energy industries. As a one‑way valve, this product effectively prevents backflow of the working medium and the occurrence of destructive water hammer, and can be customized to meet diverse application requirements.

Product Features

4. By adopting a double-eccentric design and optimizing the structural parameters, flow resistance and vibration are effectively reduced, thereby significantly mitigating the destructive effects of water hammer on the piping system.

5. Achieves complete sealing with no leakage.

6. It features excellent opening and closing characteristics: the valve opens at a pressure below 0.08 MPa and operates rapidly; its closure employs an adjustable two-stage quick‑slow shut‑off sequence, with a wide adjustment range for the slow‑close duration, enabling it to adapt to various operating conditions.

Flanged connections comply with standards including GB/T 9113-2010, EN 1092-1:2001, DIN 2501, ANSI B16.5, and API 605.

The structural length complies with the long-series dimension requirements for double-flanged butterfly valves as specified in GB/T 12221-2005, “Structural Length of Metal Valves.”
