 • First Eccentricity: The valve stem is offset from the center of the sealing surface, creating a continuous circular sealing face.

 • Second Eccentricity: The valve stem is offset from the pipe’s central axis, allowing the disc to quickly disengage from the seat during opening and closing, virtually eliminating friction and solving traditional butterfly valve sticking issues.
