Introduction:

This series of products is a newly developed next-generation wear-resistant triple eccentric metal-sealed butterfly valve, featuring a double sealing structure: multi-layer stainless steel metal sealing and metal-to-metal sealing. It is widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as metallurgy, electric power, thermal power, petroleum, and chemical, and can be customized according to different requirements.

Features:

1. Adopts a triple eccentric structure. The valve disc seal ring and valve body seal ring have almost no friction, making opening and closing easy, with a sealing function that tightens as it closes.
2. Uses a multi-stage metal sealing structure with excellent sealing performance, achieving bubble point level sealing and absolutely zero leakage.
3. Employs a full metal hard sealing structure, resistant to erosion, with a long service life.
4. The valve's eccentric sealing pair has a self-compensating function. It maintains excellent sealing performance without sticking, whether at low or high temperatures.
5. The valve disc of this series of butterfly valves uses a truss structure, providing high disc strength, large overflow area, low flow resistance, and energy saving.
6. Can be installed vertically or horizontally according to user requirements.
