Structural Features:
1. Straight-through Flow Channel Design
Feature: The internal flow channel of the valve is fully aligned with the pipeline, without any reduction or expansion in diameter, resulting in low fluid resistance and good fluid passage.
2. Eccentric Structure
Feature: The valve disc (ball) uses an eccentric design; when closed, the valve disc fits tightly with the valve seat, and when opened, the valve disc completely separates from the valve seat.
3. Single-seat Double-seal Structure
Feature: The single-seat double-seal design ensures the valve can achieve sealing under bidirectional conditions.
4. High Hardness Sealing Surface
Feature: The sealing surface is made of high hardness materials (such as stainless steel, hard alloy, etc.) and undergoes special treatment.
5. Low Opening and Closing Torque
Feature: The valve has low opening and closing torque, making operation easy. It consumes less energy, reducing the energy consumption of the drive device and lowering operating costs.
6. Top-mounted Structure
Feature: The valve's opening and closing components (such as valve disc, valve seat, etc.) can be removed and replaced from the top without dismantling the entire valve from the pipeline.
7. Self-cleaning Function
Feature: When the valve disc (ball) opens, the fluid flows evenly along the sealing surface, washing away deposits on the sealing surface.
