1. Advantages

1. Strong corrosion resistance
Key components such as the valve body, valve seat, and disc are made of high-performance corrosion-resistant materials, effectively resisting seawater corrosion. The surface undergoes special treatments (such as passivation or coating protection) to further enhance corrosion resistance.

2. Reliable sealing performance
Adopts an eccentric structure design; the disc quickly disengages from the valve seat at the moment of opening, avoiding friction during opening and closing, reducing wear, and extending the service life of the sealing ring.
The sealing ring is installed on the disc through a pressure plate and can be adjusted by screws to ensure sealing performance. The double sealing structure (combination of metal sealing surface and elastic sealing ring) further enhances sealing reliability.

3. Flexible operation
The disc only needs to rotate 90° to complete opening and closing, making operation simple and response fast. Suitable for quick open-close conditions, with low torque design, small opening and closing torque, and easy operation, ideal for frequent opening and closing.

4. Bidirectional sealing
Capable of withstanding pressure from both directions, suitable for pipeline systems requiring bidirectional sealing.

5. Compact structure
Small size, lightweight, easy to install and carry, especially suitable for installation environments with limited space.
